OAKHAM RFC MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
1.1 This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Oakham RFC (the "Business") and the person named at sign-up (the "Member").
1.2 This Agreement sets out the terms on which the Business provides the Member's membership (the "Membership").
1.3 By signing this Agreement, the Member confirms that they have read it and accept its terms.
1.4 The Business's details are:

2. MEMBERSHIP PLAN AND FEES
2.1 The Member's plan is Oakham Rugby Football Club Community Membership Card · 12 Month Membership, at £100, paid once. The price shown is the total the Member pays.
2.2 The Membership starts on the day the Member signs up, when the first payment is taken.
2.3 By signing this Agreement, the Member authorises the Business to take the payment shown at sign-up.
3. TERM
3.1 The Membership is paid for once and does not renew.
3.2 The key information for the Membership is:
- Your membership lasts 12 months from the day you join. It doesn't renew.
4. RIGHT TO CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS
4.1 The Member may cancel this Agreement for any reason until the end of the 14th day after the day the Member signs up (the "Cancellation Period").
4.2 To cancel within the Cancellation Period, the Member must tell the Business clearly, for example online from My Account on their membership pass, or by email.
4.3 The Member may use the Business's cancellation form but does not have to.
4.4 As the Member asked for the Membership to start straight away, if the Member cancels within the Cancellation Period the Member will pay only for the days before cancelling. The Business will refund the rest to the payment card used, within 14 days of being told.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS
5.1 Your membership gives you access to Oakham RFC and its community member benefits for 12 months from date of purchase.
5.2 Your membership is personal and can't be transferred.

6. PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 The Business will use the Member's personal information to provide the Membership, as described in its privacy policy.
7. LIABILITY AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
7.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Business must provide the Membership with reasonable care and skill and as described, and any goods supplied with it must be of satisfactory quality. If it does not, the Member may ask the Business to put it right or for some money back.
7.2 Nothing in this Agreement limits the Business's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in it affects the Member's statutory rights.

9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 This Agreement is governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where the Business is based. The Member may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where the Member lives.
